Hotel Policies

Guaranteed Reservations:
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

Arrival & Departure:
Check-in time at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time has been established at 12:00 p.m. Hotel's Bell Staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

Cancellation Policy:
At the cutoff date, reservations by the individual that have been secured with a credit card will be subject to a seven(7) day cancellation policy. Should the reservation be cancelled within seven (7) days, the individual will be charged room and tax for one (1) night of reservation.

Service Charges:
Baggage Handling: $10.00 total, per room, $5 in and $5 out 
Room Attendant: $4.00 per day, per room

Parking Information

  • The Ritz-Carlton, Denver provides valet parking for all vehicles.

  • Self-parking is not available.

  • There is a parking charge of $72.00 for each vehicle parked overnight and $35.00 for each vehicle parked for the day.

  • Electric Car Charging Station is available.

  • Underground garage height clearance 6 feet 8 inches.
