This course is designed as a thorough didactic update and clinically relevant review of current methodologies and procedures for all practicing oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Candidates for the written and/or oral certifying examination have found this course with its case examples format extremely useful in their preparation to succeed. A selected group of expert speakers with first-hand experience and current knowledge of their topic will present their reviews in a case-based manner imparting their own caveats that they have found to improve results as well as treatment options relevant to specific problems.
All lectures will be conducted in an interactive format paralleling quiz sessions & oral examinations. At the end of each day a “meet the experts” session covering the topics of that day will take place. Each attendee will have the opportunity to review & discuss approaches in an open interactive forum conducive to positive feedback. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own cases to present to the audience & expert panel.
